Low-voltage soft starter deep well pump is a kind of motor control device specially optimized for pump load characteristics, and its core role is to eliminate the mechanical impact and electrical stress on the pump body and pipeline network of the traditional direct starting method. As the pump is easy to produce water hammer effect in the starting moment, excessive starting torque may lead to impeller damage, pipe vibration and even flange leakage, and soft start technology by gradually increasing the speed of the motor, so that the fluid pressure rises gently, effectively avoiding such problems.
This kind of soft starter usually adopts voltage ramp or current limit start mode, in 0.5~30 seconds adjustable time will motor from stationary state steplessly accelerate to the working frequency speed, during the period of starting current can be controlled in the rated current within 2~3 times, greatly reducing the requirements of transformer capacity.
