Brief Introduction

For this series medium voltage starter, there are three delays on the main control board, two of which are used as fault output and bypass output respectively. The other relay output is programmable, and the user can set the Q17 parameters according to the actual needs. The factory setting is 7 (leakage latch detection output).

 

Parameters Q14, Q15 and Q16 of series medium voltage starter are used to set the output delay time of the relay, the parameter setting range is 0-250S, and the factory setting is 0.

 

Full-voltage output: The output is closed when the output voltage of medium voltage starter reaches the rated voltage (the set delay time is up).

 

Starting process output: The output closes when the medium voltage starter is in the starting process (the set delay time arrives). If full voltage is applied before the delay time is reached, no output is made.

 

Output during soft stop: Output when medium voltage starter is in the soft stop process (the set delay time arrives and its value must be less than the soft stop time set in parameter C11).

 

Output at fault: Output is closed when this type of medium voltage starter detects a fault (the set delay time is up).

 

Brake output: Output when medium voltage starter is in external brake (the set delay time is up, and its value must be less than the braking time set in parameter C14).

 

Running process output: Output when the soft starter is in running process (the set delay time is up).

 

Programmable delay output: parameter Q04\Q05 must be set as delay relay control input, the set delay time to, relay output.

 

Leakage Latch Detection Output: Parameter B08 must be set to allow leakage latch protection, leakage detection input X1\7 detects a leakage, relay output (in this way, the relay delay time must be set to 0).
