Brief Introduction

 

The soft starter 230V controls the starter macro start/stop (by pressing the RUN key on the keypad), according to the setting of parameter Q04: (set to closed contact macro control: the digital port D1 is closed and the start delay time set by Q11 is reached, the soft starter starts.

 

If the digital port opens during this process, the soft starter 230V stops and the macro stop is displayed on the LCD interface. Disconnect contact macro control:Digital port D1 is disconnected and the start delay time set by Q11 is reached, the soft starter starts. If the digital port is closed during this process, the soft starter stops and a macro stop is displayed on the interface. It is possible to start again by disconnecting the digital port D1. The system can only be brought to a stop by pressing the STOP key on the keypad).

 

Digital port 2 contact macro control: control soft starter 230V macro start/stop (press RUN key on the keypad), according to the setting of parameter Q05: (set to closed contact macro control: digital port D2 is closed and the start delay time set by Q11 is reached, the soft starter starts. If the digital port is disconnected during this process, the soft starter stops and macro stop is displayed on the LCD interface. Disconnect Macro Control: The soft starter starts when the digital port D2 is disconnected and the start delay time set by Q11 is reached. If the digital port is closed during this process, the soft starter stops and the interface displays macro stop. It is possible to start again by disconnecting the digital port D2. The system can only be brought to a stop by pressing the STOP key on the keypad).

 

Analog Positive Input Macro Control: use the analog port macro control function to control the analog input upper limit value and the analog input lower limit value according to the analog input upper limit value set by parameters Q12 and Q13. When the analog upper limit value is reached, soft starter 230V controller starts, and stops when it is lower than the lower limit, otherwise it is in the "macro stop" state. (The RUN key on the keypad must be pressed and the start delay time set in Q11 has elapsed. If the macro condition is not satisfied, the interface will display "Macro Stop".)
