Brief Introduction

 

Soft starter 75kW's system has analog input and analog output function, the analog output function is mainly to output the measured average current according to 0~20mA or 4~20mA. The output range is determined by the parameter "Analog Output Mode", and the analog output is performed according to the set parameters only after the start command is given.

 

The analog input function of soft starter 75kW must be used in conjunction with other functions. When applying, select the corresponding range in the parameter "Analog Input Mode (Q06)", and the range determines the percentage of analog input, which can be found through the "up and down" key in the monitoring state, namely The value of "Ai=%".

 

For soft starter 75kW, the minimum interval between two starting operations. After the start is completed, the start interval timer counts down according to the set minimum start interval time (Q09 parameter). If the countdown time is not reduced to 0, another start cannot be performed. If the start interval timer is not equal to 0 when starting, the soft starter will indicate a frequent start fault. After resetting the fault, the time until the next permitted start can be queried via the panel Ts (start interval timer). The parameter setting range is 0-60Min, and the factory value is 0 (turn off the start interval limit).

 

Users can realize the control of soft starter auto start/stop by selecting macros (need to open the macros by pressing the RUN key on the panel).
