Brief Introduction

 

The LCD backlight of the 11kW soft starter can be turned off automatically at a set time. The setting range of the parameter is 0-255min, and the factory value is 15. The backlight will not turn off when the setting is 0.

 

Parameter Q03 is used to select the start-stop control mode of the 11KW soft starter. Under any start-stop control mode, the user can control the start-stop through the external control terminal.

 

The 11kW soft starter has two programmable digital inputs (D1\D2), which can be used for different purposes and are independent of each other. Digital port D1 (Q04 parameter) has a factory value of 0 (M2 parameter selection) and digital port D2 (Q05 parameter) has a factory value of 1 (fault reset).

 

1. M2 parameter selection: 11kW soft starter has two sets of control parameters, users can realize the selection of the second set of basic functions by closing D1\D2 and COM terminal (D1\D2 is set as M2 parameter selection). Disconnect the M1 set of parameters.

 

2. Fault clearing: Close D1\D2 and COM to clear the current fault, after the fault is cleared, if the starting command exists, the 11kW soft starter will start again.

 

3. Pointing positive rotation: by closing D1\D2 and COM terminal for pointing control, the digital port is closed 11kW soft starter point running, disconnect the soft starter stop. The pointing process is controlled according to the set pointing strength (C16), pointing forward speed (C17), pointing time limit (B13).

 

4. Tap reversal: Tap control by closing D1\D2 and COM terminal, the digital port closure 11kW soft starter running, disconnecting the soft starter to stop. The pointing process is controlled according to the set pointing strength (C16), pointing reversal speed (C18), pointing time limit (B13).

 

5. Emergency stop control input: When D1\D2 is set as emergency stop control input, 11kW soft starter emergency stop is realized by disconnecting D1\D2 and COM and LCD panel is in emergency stop display interface.

 

6. Time delay relay control input: When D1\D2 is set as time delay relay control input, the corresponding programmable relay K3 output (parameter Q17) should be set as programmable time delay output. When D1\D2 and COM terminal is closed, the corresponding relay will have an output (relay output delay parameter Q16 time to).
