Brief Introduction

 

For this series of soft starter 220V, users can set the rated current of the motor according to the size of the motor power, so that the soft starter is well matched with the motor and can perfectly protect the motor.

 

Phase Sequence Protection

 

Soft starter 220V can work in any phase sequence, but if you select the phase sequence protection function, the phase sequence must be fixed phase sequence. The setting range of phase sequence protection is: 0, forbidden; 1, allowed. The factory setting is prohibited.

 

Zero sequence current protection

 

This function detects whether there is leakage on the three-phase winding of soft starter 220V. This function is more flexible, when applying, according to the transmitted signal, and then select the "analog input" parameter "0-60mA" range, and then set in the range of how many percent of the protection, this parameter in the "analog input upper limit value" parameter. This parameter is set in the "analog input upper limit value" parameter, after the setting is completed, the system will check whether the input value reaches the set value during the starting process, if it is greater than or equal to the "analog input upper limit value", it will report "zero sequence protection". The current connected to the analog input must not be greater than 60mA, and the action current must not be greater than 60mA. This protection is detected after the system has started.

 

Motor Temperature Protection

 

This function is to detect the size of RTD buried inside the motor to determine whether the motor is overheated, the action resistance value is 3.3K+30%2, and it is PTC type. When the system detects that the resistance value of the thermistor is less than the action resistance, the system will protect. This function must be enabled first to be effective, and the factory value is off.

 

Starting Time Limit

 

Used to set the maximum allowable time for the soft starter 220V starting process. The setting range of start time limit is 10-120S, the factory value is 60S.

 

Ignition time limit

 

Used to set the maximum permissible time for the soft starter 220V process. The setting range is 0-60S, the factory value is 60S.
