Brief Introduction

 

For this series of soft starter 30kW, users can set the rated current of the motor according to the size of the motor power, so that the soft starter and the motor are well-matched and the motor can be perfectly protected.

 

Current imbalance protection

 

This protection is set for the motor operation process between the three-phase current value deviation is too large and set the protection function. In use, the smaller the value, the higher the sensitivity of the three-phase imbalance protection, therefore, the value should not be set too small, so as not to protect the over-sensitive, thus affecting the normal use of the equipment. Current imbalance protection setting range: (0-100)%, factory setting is 40%, set to 100% to close the protection function. soft starter 30kW's current imbalance protection delay setting range: 0-250S, factory setting is 2S.

 

Overcurrent protection

 

During operation, if the current of soft starter 30kW exceeds the set overcurrent protection value, and the duration exceeds the set overcurrent protection delay time, it will be protected. The setting range of overcurrent protection is: (100-500)%le, the factory value is 300%, and the setting is 100% to close the protection function. The setting range of overcurrent protection delay time is: 0-250S, the factory value is 2S.

 

Underload protection

 

After starting is completed, if the current during the operation of this series soft starter 30kW is lower than the underload protection value set, and the duration is longer than the underload protection delay time set, it will be protected. Underload protection setting range: (0--99)%Ie, the factory setting is 0, when set to 0, the function is closed. Underload protection delay setting range:0-250S, factory setting is 2S.

 

Thyristor protection

 

Thyristor protection is to detect whether the thyristor is straight through or not passable when triggered, if so, it will be protected, this function needs to be enabled to detect, and the factory setting is off.

 

Leakage lockout protection

 

The insulation degree of the motor is detected before starting, and the protection value is different under different voltage levels. Setting range of leakage protection: 0, forbidden; 1, allowed. This function needs to be used in conjunction with the relay output, i.e. the output relay K3 output (parameter Q17) needs to be set to 7 (leakage blocking detection process output).
