Brief Introduction

 

The basic setting of soft starter 90kW is used to set the basic start/stop control mode. By selecting the starting mode, the user can make the starting curve match well with the actual load to achieve the best starting effect. If surge voltage and surge time are set, an instantaneous large starting torque will be applied at the beginning of starting, and then the starting will be carried out according to the set starting voltage\current and ramp time. If the secondary starting time is set, if the starting is not completed after the time set for the secondary starting, the secondary starting will be carried out according to the set starting voltage\current and ramp time. During the starting process of the soft starter 90kW, the starting current is limited to a value below the set current limit multiplier. When the current limit multiplier is set to 500%, the starting current during the starting process will not be limited.

 

If there is a stop command during starting, the stop can only be a free stop; if there is a stop command after starting is complete, the stop can be a free stop, soft stop, pump stop, or brake brake. Ramp time (C06) parameter reflects the rate of rise of the output voltage, it does not represent the actual starting completion time, the actual starting time is often affected by the current limit, load size and characteristics, is an uncertain value. The relationship between the actual starting time and current limiting and load is: the lighter the load, the larger the current limiting multiplier, the smaller the starting time, and vice versa, the larger the starting time. When the ramp time is set to 0, the system will automatically give 3 seconds ramp time. The function of the parameters "initial voltage" and "ramp time" of other starting modes is the same as above, the difference is that the curve of output voltage and time is different.
