Brief Introduction

 

This series 30kW soft starter is equipped with RS485 communication interface, which is convenient for users to connect to the network for control and improve the automation level and reliability of the system. Users can input 4-20mA or 0-20mA standard signals, and can set the upper and lower analog limits on the operation panel to realize the motor start, stop control and alarm. Data (pressure, temperature, flow, etc.) can also be transmitted through the soft starter. 30kW soft starter has 4-20mA or 0-20mA standard analog signal output function. In addition, all external control signals are optically isolated and set at different noise immunity levels, adapted for use in special industrial environments.

 

The 30kW soft starter is equipped with two sets of different power motor control parameters at the same time, and can control two different power motors. A variety of stopping methods can be used, with power frequency 50/60Hz adaptive function, convenient for users to use. The soft starter can record up to 15 faults. Convenient to find the cause of the fault. Full detection of current and load parameters, with over-voltage, under-voltage, three-phase voltage imbalance, over-current, overload, underload, overheating, phase break, short circuit, three-phase current imbalance, phase sequence detection, leakage, zero sequence detection.

 

30kW soft starter has microcomputer protection functions such as system abnormality, crystal oscillation abnormality, etc. LCD liquid crystal display and navigational mode of operation make the parameter setting and adjustment more convenient and the real-time monitoring more intuitive. It has two kinds of display interfaces: Chinese and English.
