This type of soft starter 15 kw can start or stop the motor smoothly without steps, avoid mechanical and electrical shocks caused by traditional staring methods such as direct start, △/Y start, self-coupling buck start, and effectively reduce the starting current and power distribution capacity, avoiding costs in expanding capacity. Besides, CMC-LX series motor soft starter has internal integrated current transformer and contactor, so users do not need for external connection.

 

During network communication, 32 devices can be connected. Users can achieve the purpose of automatic communication by setting the baud rate and communication address. The communication address setting range is 1-32, and the factory default value is 1. The communication baud rate setting range is: 0, 2400; 1, 4800; 2, 9600; 3, 19200; the factory value is 2 (9600).

 

A variety of motor protection functions (such as overcurrent, input and output phase loss, thyristor short circuit, overheat protection, leakage detection, electronic thermal overload, internal contactor fault, phase current imbalance, etc.) not be damaged.

 

The monitoring signal coding system composed of 4-digit digital display monitors the working conditions of the system equipment 24 hours a day, and provides fast fault diagnosis at the same time.
