Motor Description

The deviations between the supply voltage and frequency and their ratings during operation of the YXKK series motor must comply with the provisions of standard GB 755. The motor rating is based on continuous operation (S1); it is prohibited to operate the motor at other service speeds; please contact us if other service speeds are required.

The main motor supply terminal box includes two types: three-terminal and six-terminal (We usually use three terminals in our high-voltage motors, please specify if six terminals are required; low-voltage motor box types have six terminals). The brands are U, V, W for three terminals and U1, V1, W1, U2, V2 and W2 for six terminals; if the motor has a neutral point terminal box, then the brands for three terminals with a neutral point terminal box are U2, V2 and W2. See Figure 6 for the specific wiring diagram.

A main power terminal box is set for high-voltage motors below 2,000kW. For motors above 2,000kW, in addition to the main terminal box, auxiliary terminal boxes are set up (i.e., viewed from the drive side, there is a terminal box on the left and right respectively) opposite the main terminal box; the star points of the stator winding are brought to the auxiliary terminal boxes instead of being coll.
