Engine description

YX series 10kV ultra-efficient air-cooled three-phase high-voltage asynchronous motor has the advantages of high efficiency, energy saving, high reliability, small vibration, light weight, and convenient installation and maintenance, etc. The common motor structure and installation types are IM B3 and IM V1. If customers have other requirements, please contact us. In order to prevent dust, debris and water from entering the coils and other live parts, and to prevent operators from accidentally touching live and rotating parts, the motor housings should be provided with the corresponding protection type according to the installation areas and operating conditions.

The generally adopted motor protection grades are IP23, IP54 or IP55, the specific protection grade is placed on the nameplate. The motor cooling types include IC01, IC81W and IC611. IC01 means open type self-cooled, an internal fan is mounted on the shaft, IC611 is fully enclosed fan-cooled self-ventilation, heat exchanger mounted (air to air), and IC81W cooling type means the heat exchanger is mounted on the air-cooled self-ventilation (air to water) motor, the water cycle is powered by an independent water pump or water system, the specific cooling method can be seen from the nameplate.
