Motor Description

This series of motor is developed by SIMO independently. It’s a super high efficiency and energy saving Flame-proof three-phase asynchronous electric motor. The coolant mode is IC411, the Flame-proof mark is Ex db Ⅰ Mb,Ex db ⅡB T4 Gb and Ex db ⅡC T4 Gb, and it can replace Ex db ⅡA T1 Gb, Ex db ⅡA T2 Gb, Ex db ⅡA T3 Gb, Ex db ⅡA T4 Gb, Ex db ⅡB T1 Gb, Ex db ⅡB T2 Gb, Ex db ⅡB T3 Gb,Ex db ⅡC T1 Gb, Ex db ⅡC T2 Gb, Ex db ⅡC T3 Gb. This series of motor is accord with Chinese Flame-proof standard GB/T 3836.1 and GB/T 3836.2. The motor property can meet the requirements of enterprise standard Q/XD.510.262 YBX4 Series (IP55) High Efficiency Flame-proof Three Phase Asynchronous Motor Technical Conditions (Frame Size H80~355). The efficiency is accord with the grade 2 energy efficiency standard in GB 18613-2020, which equals to IE4 in international standard IEC60034-30 Single Speed Three Phase Squirrel Cage Induction Motor Efficiency Grade.
