Motor Description

YBX4 series of high efficiency and energy saving flame proof three-phase asynchronous electric motor is independently developed by our company. This series of Flame-proof motor accords with GB/T 755 Rotation Electric Motor: Rating And Performance GB/T 3836.1-2021 Explosive Environment Part 1: General Requirements, GB/T 3836.2-2021 Explosive Environment Part 2:Equipments Protected by Explosion Proof Housing “d” and MT451-2011 Coal Mine Explosion Proof Low Voltage Three Phase Asynchronous Motor Safety Performance General Technical Regulations. The Flame-proof marks are:Ex db l Mb、 Ex db ll A T4 Gb、 Ex db ll B T4 Gb、 Ex db l C T4 Gb.

Ex db l Mb is suitable for electric equipment used in gas environment and underground areas of coal mine with Mb equipment protection grade.
Ex db ll A T4 Gb is suitable for factory used equipment of category ll class A, temperature class: T1, T2, T3T4 explosive gas mixed places with Gb equipment protection grade
Ex db ll B T4 Gb is suitable for factory used equipment of category ll class B, temperature class: T1, T2, T3T4 explosive gas mixed places with Gb equipment protection grade, which can replace equipment of category Ⅱclass A.

Ex db ll C T4 Gb is suitable for factory used equipment of category Ⅱclass C temperature class: T1, T2, T3, T4 explosive gas mixed places, with Gb equipment protection degree.

The housing of this series of motor adopts high strengthened gray casting steel and high quality anti-corrosion painting progress, so that it can bear the explosive mixture which getting into the housing through any contacting face or structure clearance from exploding inside without any housing damage. Also it will avoid the ignition of explosive gas environment which caused by one or multiple kinds of gas or stream so as to ensure the safety of environment. This series of motor has advantages such as excellent flame-proof performance, high reliability, compact structure, high efficiency, energy-saving, safe, environment protection, low vibration, low noise, easy to install and maintain, etc.

This series of motor can be applied to drive different kinds of general machines, such as ideal transportation machineries of compressor, pump, crusher, windlass, centrifuge, cutting machine and so on.
