Motor Description

This series of motor is developed by our company independently. It’s a super high efficiency and energy saving Flame-proof three phase asynchronous electric motor. The cooling mode is IC411, and its Flame-proof mark is Ex db Ⅰ Mb and Ex db ⅡB T4 Gb and Ex db ⅡC T4 Gb, and it can replace Ex db ⅡA T1 Gb, Ex db ⅡA T2 Gb, Ex db ⅡA T3 Gb, Ex db ⅡA T4 Gb, Ex db ⅡB T1 Gb, Ex db ⅡB T2 Gb and Ex db ⅡB T3 Gb, Ex db ⅡCT1 Gb、Ex db ⅡC T2 Gb、Ex db ⅡC T3 Gb. This series of motor is accord with Chinese Flame-proof standard GB/T 3836.1 and GB/T 3836.2, which meets with the requirements of  Chinese Flame-proof motor industry standard JB/T12628-2016 YBX3-series high efficiency Flame-proof three phase asynchronous motor technical conditions (Frame Size H63~355), and requirements of our enterprise standard Q/XD.510.275.

YBX3-series high efficiency Flame-proof three phase asynchronous motor technical conditions (Ex db ⅡC T4 Gb) (Frame Size H80~355) .The efficiency is accord with the grade 3 energy efficiency standards in GB 18613-2020, which equals to IE3 in international standard IEC60034-30 Single Speed Three Phase Squirrel Cage Induction Motor Efficiency Grade. 

YBX3-series high efficiency Flame-proof three phase asynchronous motor has advantages such as excellent Flame-proof property, high efficiency, energy saving, large temperature rise margin, long operation life, good property, low vibration, advanced Flame-proof structure, good starting performance, good-looking appearance, high reliability and no sparking while operating.
