Motor Description

This YBK3 series coal mine underground Flame-proof three phase asynchronous motor is newly developed by our company based on YBX3-series high efficiency Flame-proof three-phase asynchronous motor which combines advanced electromagnetic structure, processing technology and materials. This series of motor is accord with Chinese Flame-proof standard GB/T 3836.1, GB/T 3836.2 and MT 451-2011. The coolant mode is IC411, the Flame-proof mark is Ex db Ⅰ Mb. The motor performance meets with the requirements of China Flame-proof motor industry standard JB/T9593.1-2015 Specification of Explosion proof Three-Phase Asynchronous Motor for mines Part 1: YBK3-series Flame-proof Three-Phase Asynchronous Motors for Coal Mines (Frame Size. H80 to 355). The efficiency is accord with grade 3 energy efficiency standard in GB18163-2020, which is equivalent to IE3 in IEC60034-30 Single Speed Three Phase Squirrel Cage Induction Motor Efficiency Grade.

With characteristics of excellent Flame-proof performance, compact structure, high efficiency, energy-saving and convenient maintenance in later period, it is a new product independently developed by our company in combination with the latest technologies in electromagnetic structure, process and material at home and abroad. This series of motor is widely used in hazardous places, such as explosive gas environment and underground mining workplaces of coal mine.
