Motor Description

This YBBP series of Flame-proof variable frequency three phase asynchronous motor adopts forced ventilation of Flame-proof axial flow fan. The separate fan is unrestricted from motor speed so as to assure the motor operation in a constant power and at a high frequency and also maintain the constant torque output at a low frequency.

This series of motor is accord with Chinese Flame-proof standard GB/T 3836.1 and GB/T 3836.2. The motor property meets with the requirements of industry standard JB/T11201.1-2011 Variable Frequency Flame-proof Three Phase Electric Asynchronous Motor Technical Condition: Part 1: YBBP Series Flame-proof Three Phase Electric Asynchronous Motor (Frame Size. H80~355). Or JB-T 11201.2-2015 Variable Frequency Flame-proof Three Phase Electric Asynchronous Motor Technical Condition: Part 2: YBBP Series Flame-proof (Ex d ⅡC T1～T4 ) Variable Frequency Three Phase Electric Asynchronous Motor (Frame Size. H80~355). The coolant mode is IC416, the Flame-proof mark is Ex db Ⅰ Mb、Ex db ⅡB T4 Gb和 Ex db ⅡC T4 Gb, which can replace Ex db ⅡA T1 Gb、Ex db ⅡA T2 Gb、Ex db ⅡA T3 Gb、Ex db ⅡA T4 Gb、Ex db ⅡB T1 Gb、Ex db ⅡB T2 Gb、Ex db ⅡB T3 Gb、Ex db ⅡC T1 Gb、Ex db ⅡC T2 Gb、Ex db ⅡC T3 Gb.

The speed control system consisted by this series of motor and the converter is necessary for speed control and energy saving, so that the motor speed can be adjusted smoothly, and energy saving and precise speed adjusting can be realized. This series of motor has advantages, such as excellent Flame-proof property, high reliability, compact structure, safe, environment protection, low vibration, low noise, easy to install and maintain.
