• Overview of Xi'an Litsema Y Series Three-Phase Asynchronous Motor

• The Y series motors produced by Xi'an Litsema are general-purpose, fully enclosed, self-ventilated squirrel-cage three-phase asynchronous motors. The motor’s installation dimensions and power ratings comply with IEC standards, with a protection class of IP44, cooling method IC411, and a continuous duty rating of S1.

• These motors are suitable for driving various types of machinery that do not have special performance requirements, including metal-cutting machine tools, pumps, blowers, compressors, mixers, conveyors, agricultural machinery, and food processing equipment.

• The Y series motors by Xi'an Litsema are characterized by high efficiency, energy savings, high starting torque, low noise, minimal vibration, and safe and reliable operation. The Y80-315 motors meet the technical requirements of the Y Series (IP44) three-phase asynchronous motor standard JB/T10391-2002, while the Y355 motors comply with JB5274-1991.

• Motors in the Y80-355 range use B-class insulation. The rated voltage is 380V, and the rated frequency is 50Hz. Motors with power up to 3kW use the Y wiring configuration, while higher power ratings use the Δ wiring configuration.

• Operating conditions:

• The altitude at the operating location should not exceed 1,000m.

• Ambient air temperature varies seasonally but should not exceed 40°C or fall below -15°C.

• In the most humid month, the average maximum relative humidity should not exceed 90%, with the average minimum temperature not exceeding 25°C.

• Motor Shaft Configurations:
  The standard Y series motor comes with a single shaft extension. Upon request, a dual-shaft configuration can be provided, with the second shaft also capable of transmitting the rated power but restricted to coupler-driven applications.
