Brief Introduction

 

When selecting coupling for squirrel cage and slip ring motor, in order to meet the performance of the premise, easy to assemble and disassemble, simple structure and easy to install should be taken into consideration. For example, clamped shell coupling, the two shafts should not be moved in the case of mounting and dismounting coupling, it can be used for low-speed, rigid transmission shaft. General non-metallic elastic element coupling (such as elastic sleeve pin coupling, plum blossom-shaped elastic coupling, elastic pin coupling, etc.), due to good overall performance, suitable for general small and medium power transmission. When the coupling is assembled, hot sets are allowed, but must be forced to cool so that the bearing temperature is not higher than 95℃. Electric motors are generally not allowed to use the pulley drive. For whether pulley drive should be adopted, users should consult with the manufacturer to determine.

The "squirrel cage" is made of copper, copper alloy or aluminum depending on the load and user requirements.
