Brief Introduction

 

For YRKK1000 wound rotor synchronous machine and squirrel cage induction motor, coupling is required during motor operation. Do not choose a coupling that can produce axial force. The following points can be considered when making specific choices:

 

5.5.1 The size and nature of the torque to be transmitted and the requirements for cushioning and damping. For example, for high-power and heavy-duty transmission, gear couplings can be selected, and for transmission with serious impact loads or requiring the elimination of torsional vibration of shafting, rubber metal ring couplings, tire couplings, spring couplings and other high-elasticity couplings can be selected. Elastic pin couplings should not be used for impact loads.

 

5.5.2 The working speed of the coupling and the centrifugal force caused by the size of the high-speed transmission shaft, the coupling with high balance accuracy should be selected, such as diaphragm coupling, gear coupling, etc., and it is not appropriate to choose the slider coupling with eccentricity.

 

5.5.3 When the size and direction of the relative displacement of the two axes are adjusted after installation, it is difficult to keep the two axes strictly and accurately aligned, or the two axes will produce a large additional relative displacement during the working process, flexible coupling should be selected, such as when the radial displacement is large, sliding block coupling can be selected, the angular displacement is large or the joint of the two axes can be selected.

 

5.5.4 Reliability and working environment of couplings Usually made of metal components without lubrication coupling is more reliable, need to lubricate the coupling, its performance is susceptible to lubrication conditions, and may pollute the environment. Couplings containing non-metallic components such as rubber are more sensitive to temperature, corrosive media, light, and are easy to age.

 

5.5.5 Under the premise of meeting the performance of the use, the coupling that is easy to install and disassemble, simple to maintain and low cost should be selected. For example, the rigid coupling is not only simple in structure, but also easy to install and disassemble, among which the shell coupling can be installed and disassembled without moving the two shafts, which can be used for low-speed and large rigid transmission shaft. General non-metallic elastic element coupling (such as elastic sleeve pin coupling, plum shaped elastic coupling, elastic pin coupling, etc.), because of its good comprehensive performance, suitable for general small and medium power transmission. When the coupling is assembled, the hot sleeve is allowed, but it must be forced to cool so that the bearing temperature is not higher than 95 ° C. The YRKK1000 motor wound rotor synchronous machine is generally not allowed to use a pulley drive. Whether the pulley drive can be used, the user must negotiate with the manufacturer to determine.
