The width of the gasket is at least the same as the width of the supporting surface of the motor foot; The gasket shall be properly perforated to release the foot bolt; There must be no burrs around the gasket.

 

After the motor is in place, 8 adjusting nuts should be welded on the steel plate around the motor, adjust the front and back of the motor and the left and right by adjusting bolts, and adjust the height by using the top wire on the motor foot. After the motor is found, comprehensively check the installation gap between the high voltage slip ring motor and the base or the foundation, measure and record the gap size, the location and the insertion depth of the feeler (generally less than 0.05mm of the gap is not considered), according to the measured size to make a variety of required gaskets, the length is about 15m longer than the insertion depth of the feeler.
