The IEC motor stator shall adopt 155(F) thermal classification, and the temperature rise limit shall be assessed according to 130(B) level. When the operating conditions are consistent with the contents of 5.1, the temperature rise limit of the motor winding (resistance method) should not exceed 80K; When the embedded thermometer method is used, the temperature rise limit of the motor winding with output of 5000kW and above should not exceed 85K, and the temperature rise limit of the motor winding with output of 5000kW should not exceed 90K. The allowable temperature of the bearing (thermometer method or embedded thermometer method): the rolling bearing should not exceed 95℃, and the sliding bearing should not exceed 80℃.
Under no-load conditions, the motor should be able to withstand an increase in speed to 120% of its rated value for 2 minutes of overspeed without harmful deformation, overspeed test is usually not necessary, but should be carried out when there is an agreement to provide for the test. The stator winding of the motor should be able to withstand the interturn impulse voltage test without breakdown. When conducting the interturn impulse withstand voltage test, the coil test impulse voltage peak value and the test method shall be specified in GB/T22715.
When the three-phase power supply is balanced, the deviation between any phase of the three-phase no-load current of the motor and the three-phase average value should not be greater than 10% of the average value. The effective value of vibration speed measured at the bearing when the motor is unloaded shall conform to the provisions of GB/T10068. The noise value of the A-weighted sound power level measured when the motor is unloaded shall conform to the provisions of GB/T10069.3 or according to the agreement.
