Brief Introduction

 

For YR series wound type motor with slip rings, the slip ring as a whole depends on the elastic lap principle, rolling lap principle, or sealing principle, as well as the clever movement structure and sealing structure design, precision parts production, reasonable material selection, etc., to form a stable and reliable rotating connectivity system. As long as the slip ring is attached to the infinite rotating equipment, it can provide power energy to the rotating body, so that the rotating body can carry out other movements while the infinite rotating movement, or detect the working condition of the rotating state.

 

Also known as "collector ring" or "bus ring". Decades ago, China has mature design technology and mature production factories, mainly transmitting large current, using carbon brush close to the copper ring technology. Disadvantages: Limited to the transmission of large current, and due to friction to produce a large amount of carbon alloy powder, the need to regularly clean or replace the carbon brush. Due to the rapid development of modern precision electronics and precision electromechanical products, precision electric slip rings came into being. It was originally dedicated to ultra-high-end fields such as aviation and aerospace, and now it has been widely used in civil precision electronic and electrical equipment. Electric slip ring, the most widely used in all slip ring series, also known as brush, carbon brush, collector ring, collector ring, bushing ring, rotary electrical joint, dedicated to the transmission of power supply and signal power supply when the continuous rotation is unlimited. The stator and rotor parts respectively lead wires to connect the power supply and the terminal electrical equipment of the fixed structure and the rotating structure, and rotate accordingly.
