Brief Introduction

YR Series of high voltage induction motor has the advantages of high efficiency, energy conservation, high reliability, small vibration, light weight and convenient installation and maintenance, etc. The common structure and installation types of motor are IM B3 and IM V1.

To avoid dust, sundries and water entering windings and other live parts and to prevent operators touching live and rotating parts accidently, motor housings shall posses corresponding protective type in accordance with the installation areas and operation conditions.

The protection grades of motor generally adopted IP23, IP54 or IP55, please see the specific protection grades on nameplates.

Motor completely meets the requirements of GB 755 RotatingMotors-Ratingsand Performance and the corresponding standards of IEC60034.

The altitude shall not exceed 1,000m; Motor has been processed with anticorona measures if the altitude is over 1000m.

Cooling water temperature: for the motors adopting air-water cooling (IC81W), the water temperature at the entrance of motor cooler shall not be higher than +25℃ or be lower than +5℃.

Cooling water pressure: for the motors adopting air-water cooling (IC81W), the cooling water pressure of motor cooler shall be selected according to the indication of cooler nameplate.

The monthly average maximum relative humidity is 90% in the wettest month in the operating place; Meanwhile, monthly average minimum temperature shall not be higher than 25℃ in such month. When ambient air temperature and elevation are not in conformity with above regulations, the temperature rise of motors can be corrected pursuant to the provisions of GB 755.
