Brief Introduction

YRKK IP55 Slip Ring HV Motor is a motor with the same stator structure as a squirrel cage motor. The material of the slip ring has greater mechanical strength, is a good conductor of electricity, and has corrosion resistance. The main advantage of this type of motor is that the speed can be easily controlled, and also "pull torque" can be achieved at zero rpm. Compared with squirrel-cage induction motors, it has a higher starting torque, and the starting current is very low, about 250% to 350% of the full load current.
