Whether large or small, every task is handled with diligence, responsibility, and precision. At Simo, there is no middle ground between “not doing” and “doing well.” For employees, this means either working conscientiously and fulfilling responsibilities, or not staying with Simo at all.
Corporate Style
Integrity in Everything · Dedication from Day One
Quality Philosophy
Quality Is in Your Heart and in Your Hands
At Simo Motor, quality is more than a slogan—it is created through the dedication of every employee. Quality requires not only understanding its importance but also recognizing the heavy responsibility in one’s own hands. With a strong sense of responsibility from everyone, Simo ensures first-class quality.
Technology Philosophy
Continuous Innovation · Leading a New Era of the Industry
Becoming a provider of power system solutions with motors at the core requires technology, and technological progress depends on continuous innovation. Innovation is the driving force of Simo’s development and the pathway to leading the industry into a new era.
“Leading a new era of the industry” reflects Simo’s relentless pursuit of technology and firm confidence in future development.
Safety Philosophy
Ignoring Safety for Production Is Like Picking Chestnuts from the Fire · Pursuing Profit Without Safety Is Like Catching the Moon in Water
Safety is the foundation of survival. Neglecting safety for production risks lives—“picking chestnuts from the fire” speaks for itself. Seeking profit without safety is futile—like “catching the moon in water.” For this reason, safety always comes first in all of Simo’s activities, and this principle is consistently upheld.
Efficiency Philosophy
Positive Mindset + Correct Method + Fast Action = Efficiency
Simo’s understanding of efficiency is clear: mindset, method, and action together create efficiency. Mindset reflects awareness, action reflects practice, and method focuses on how to translate concepts into effective reality.
Only when a positive mindset, correct methods, and fast action are combined can true efficiency be achieved.

Sincere · Caring · Wholehearted · Simo Always with Heart
This philosophy emphasizes Simo Motor’s dedication to service and its determination to achieve new strategic goals.
Sincere: A sincere attitude toward customers, embodying the belief that “customers are like God.”
Caring: Treating customers like family—thoughtful and attentive, fully meeting their needs.
