Engine description

The YRQ series of medium-sized three-phase asynchronous motors are independently produced by our company. It has a large capacity, which enables it to provide high torque with a small starting current and change the speed of the motor by adding resistance in the rotor circuit. Therefore, this series of motors can be adopted when the starting load is large, and sometimes a speed-adjusting transmission device is required and the capacity is insufficient.

The basic mounting type is horizontal foot-mounted, and all types of motors can be directly connected to the equipment by direct coupling. The motor adopts a symmetrical radial ventilation system at both ends, the cooling air enters the motor through the inlet on the end flange, part of it blows the connecting end of the stator coil by the fan or rotor impeller, and the rest is discharged to the motor side through the radial ventilation slot of the stator core.

The motor uses roller bearing, and the bearing lubricating grease is ZL-3 lithium grease.

The terminal box is located on the right side looking from the DE side.

The motor is equipped with slip ring. The slip ring is located on the NDE side. All are brushless and short-circuit lifting equipment. The brush type is J201.

Whenever starting the NR series motor, a rheostat must be equipped inside the stator circuit. Direct short-circuit starting of the coil is not allowed.
