Motor Description

YE3 series motor adopts fully enclosed structure, which can ensure normal operation under the following conditions:

1）The altitude shall not exceed 1,000m.

2）The ambient air temperature varies with seasons, but the maximum temperature shall not exceed 40℃ and the minimum temperature shall not be lower than -15℃.

3）It adopts fully enclosed and fan-cooled structure, and cold-rolled silicon steel sheet is used as magnetic conducting material. Its efficiency index fully meets the requirements of energy efficiency grade specified in GB 18613 Minimum allowable values of energy efficiency and energy efficiency grades for small and medium three-phase asynchronous motors". The test method is in accordance with Method B in GB/T1032. The main performance index of the motor has reached the advanced level of similar products in the world.

4）The motor protection grade is IP55, the cooling mode is IC411 and S1 continuous working system. Class F insulation structure is adopted, but the temperature rise of the whole series is assessed according to grade B.
