Brief Introduction

 

Permanent magnet electric motor generator is designed in line with GB/T 755 "Rotary motor rating and performance", energy efficiency level meets GB 18613-2020 "Motor energy efficiency Limit Value and energy efficiency grade" level 1 energy efficiency standard. It is consistent with IE1 in the international standard IEC 60034-30 "Energy Efficiency Classification of Single-speed three-phase cage induction Motors", and the efficiency is determined by the loss analysis method for measuring the input-output power (as specified in GB/T 1032). The protection class of this series permanent magnet electric motor generator housing is IP55, in accordance with GB/T 4942.1 and IEC 60034-5. The cooling modes are IC411 and IC416, suitable for continuous duty (S1) operation.

 

The installation size of each machine is in line with IEC 60072 international standard and GB/T 4772.1, and this series of permanent magnet electric motor generator can completely replace low-voltage AC three-phase asynchronous motors.

 

There is no rare earth permanent magnet material inside the motor, and there is no risk of high temperature demagnetization. The motor shell is made of high-strength gray cast iron, and the coil is made of high-quality corrosion-resistant copper wire.

 

This series permanent magnet electric motor generator has higher efficiency and power density than induction motors, and good constant torque operation at low speeds. The speed control system composed of motor and variable frequency drive has wide speed control range and high efficiency in the whole speed control range.
