Brief Introduction

 

Continuous magnetic motor is a type of synchronous motor that uses a permanent magnet to generate a magnetic field, and its rotor speed is consistent with the current frequency of the stator windings.

 

Continuous magnetic motor is consist of stator, rotor and end cover. The stator is basically the same as the ordinary induction motor, and adopts the laminated structure to reduce the iron consumption of the motor during operation. The rotor can be made of solid or laminated. The armature winding can adopt the centralized integral winding, but also the distributed short distance winding and the unconventional winding.

 

The working principle of a continuous magnetic motor is based on the interaction between the rotating magnetic field generated by the stator and the magnetic field generated by the permanent magnet on the rotor. The rotor is fitted with pre-magnetized permanent magnets, which are capable of producing a strong magnetic field when rotated, thus providing greater output torque. The control system of the motor precisely regulates the current to ensure that the motor rotor can rotate in sync with the rotating magnetic field and maintain a stable operating state.
