Brief Introduction

Low speed direct drive AC PM motor is a new special motor manufactured by our company, which is powered by inverters, and the motor is directly connected with the load equipment, eliminating the intermediate transmission unit (reducer, etc.) and buffer unit (coupler, clutch, etc.). It has the advantages of high transmission efficiency, good starting torque, energy saving, low noise, low vibration, low temperature rise, safe and reliable operation, low installation and maintenance costs. Our products support customized production in accordance with users' demand.

 

The cooling method of this series of products is water cooling or strong air cooling, protection class IP55, H class insulation, S2 working system. According to the needs of users, we can provide products with other cooling methods.

 

Direct drive permanent magnet motor has the following characteristics:

 

1. High efficiency and energy saving: permanent magnet motor rotor no current, no copper consumption, efficiency up to 96%, power factor up to 0.95 or more. The high efficiency range is wide, and the light load area can also achieve high energy efficiency. The transmission chain is simplified, and the mechanical transmission efficiency is approximately 1.

 

2. Superior performance, large starting torque: the starting torque can reach more than 2.5 times the rated torque, the starting current is small, and the impact on the power grid is small.

 

3. High system reliability: The use of imported insulation materials makes the insulation system more reliable and has a service life of more than 25 years. Transmission system composition is simplified, reducer, coupler and other possible fault units are removed.

 

4. High degree of intelligence: can automatically adjust the running state according to the load needs, better achieve energy saving. System and centralized control two-way communication, real-time feedback, processing information, remote centralized control.

 

5. Basically maintenance-free: the motor runs at low speed and the operation and maintenance period is long. Cancel the intermediate transmission unit, the unit to be operated and maintained disappears, basically maintenance-free.
