Brief Introduction 

 

During running of this series ex generator, pay attention to smoothness of vent hole, or, customers should consult the manufacturer whether it results in influence on service of the motor.

 

Under normal circumstances, common maintenance personnel shall not detach flameproof casing of the motor; if the part, which cannot be determined to be detached, constitute the flameproof casing, consult the manufacturer.

 

The flameproof casing of the motor shall be detached by professional repairman passing special training or manufacturer; if behavior of detaching the flameproof casing may result in influence on the flameproof surface, implement pressure test in accordance with

related regulations on delivery test prescribed within GB 3836.2 Explosive Environmental Part2: Flameproof Casing "d" Protected Equipment.

 

Do not touch wiring bolts even in process of motor halt when power on in case of danger of shock! Frequently inspect whether all fastening bolts of the flameproof casing of the motor are not loosened at regular or irregular time.
