Brief Introduction

 

Synchronous three phase motor is a common AC motor, the rotor and stator of the three-phase symmetrical distribution of winding, through the AC power supply provided by the electric energy, can produce a rotating magnetic field, so that the rotor is subjected to rotating torque, so as to achieve the output of mechanical energy. Three-phase synchronous motor has the advantages of small size, large power, high efficiency, low noise and long service life, so it is widely used in industrial production and daily life.

 

The working principle of three-phase synchronous motor is very simple, under the action of AC voltage provided by the power supply, the current in the three-phase stator winding generates a rotating magnetic field, which is like a series of triple rotating magnetic poles, and the winding in the rotor is also affected by the rotating magnetic field, thus rotating up. Because the rotation speed and the number of rotating magnetic poles are consistent, it is called a synchronous motor.

 

Three-phase synchronous motors can be divided into unipolar, bipolar and multipolar motors, the more poles, the slower the speed, but the torque will increase. In addition, the three-phase synchronous motor can also change the speed and torque by changing the voltage, current and power frequency. Therefore, it is widely used in industrial fields, such as pumps, fans, machine tools, cranes and other equipment.
