Brief Introduction

 

The working principle of a motor DC 220 is divided into a DC motor and a DC generator.

 

A DC motor is an electromagnetic conversion device that converts the electrical energy of the power supply into mechanical energy output from the shaft. The stator excitation winding is introduced into the DC excitation current, which generates an excitation magnetic field.When the armature introduces direct current from the outside world, it is passed through the brush to the commutator, and then through the commutator, the direct current is converted into alternating current and introduced into the armature winding, and the armature current is generated.

The magnetic field of the stator (the stationary part) is generated by using a wound stator excitation winding or a permanent magnet.Generally, brushed motor DC 220 is cheap, small in size and easy to control. Brushless motor–This kind of motor generates a magnetic field in the rotor by using a permanent magnet attached to it, and commutes electronically.They are usually smaller than conventional brushed DC motors, but the price is higher because they use a "hall effect" switch in the stator to generate the required stator magnetic field rotation sequence, but they have better torque/speed characteristics, higher efficiency and longer service life than the same wire drawing type. Servo motor–This kind of motor is basically a brushed DC motor with some form of position feedback control connected to the rotor shaft.They are connected to and controlled by a PWM-type controller, and are mainly used in position control systems and radio control models.
