Brief Introduction
This type of DC big motor shall be able to withstand the following continuous loads:
1) In the rated armature voltage and rated speed range with 115% rated power load continuous operation, under this load, the temperature rise will be higher, other characteristics may be different from the rated conditions of operation.
2) Within the range of rated armature voltage and rated speed, after continuous operation of rated load, followed by negative operation of 125% rated power for two hours, the temperature rise does not exceed the specified value, and other characteristics may be different from the provisions of operation under rated conditions.
3) The motor allows a longer overload time at a lower overload multiple. For the second type of DC motor (Class B), the over-multiplier is allowed to reach 2.5 times (at the rated base speed) for occasional use, and the time is not more than 15 seconds, (but need to negotiate with the manufacturer).
The speed adjustment rate of this series of motors is not specified. If the user has special requirements, it should be agreed when ordering. At all speeds and loads, the current change rate (di/dt) of this series of motors allows up to 200 times the rated current SEC.
The noise of this series of motors conforms to the provisions of GB/T10069 "Rotating motor noise determination method and limit value" and IEC34-9 "Motor noise limit value standard".
The vibration of this series of motors meets the requirements of GB/T10068 "Rotating motor vibration test method and limit" and IEC34-14 "Motor vibration test method and limit" standards.
