Brief Introduction

 

Z series motor brushed DC, with center height from 355-710mm, is a new type of medium-size DC motor developed by SIMO Motor after the lunch of Z4 series of small DC motor. The performance, appearance, outline dimension and technical parameters of this series of motors are in line with JB/T9577-1999 standard and IEC international standard, and the mechanical dimensions and tolerances of the motor comply with ISO international standard.

 

This series of motor adopts advanced design. Its stator frame uses polygonal laminated structure, which makes full use of space, and has the advantages of small, light and good performance. The stator magnetic choke, magnetic pole and armature core are made of high quality cold rolled silicon steel plate, which has good magnetic permeability. This series of motor adopts rolling bearing and non-stop refueling structure, the insulation class is F.

 

This series of motor can not only be used for DC unit power supply, but also suitable for static rectifier power supply. Besides, the moment of inertia is small. The motor has good dynamic performance, and can withstand high-load change rate, especially suitable for control system that requires smooth speed regulation, high efficiency, automatic speed stability and sensitive response.
