Brief Introduction

 

Z4 series high efficiency DC motor rotor consists of armature core, armature, commutator and other devices, the following construction of the components are described in detail.

Armature core part: its role is embedded in the armature winding and end flux, in order to reduce the motor work in the armature core of eddy current loss and hysteresis loss.

Armature part: the role of the electromagnetic torque and induced electromotive force, and energy conversion. Armature winding has many coils or glass wire wrapped flat steel copper wire or strength enameled wire.

Commutator, also known as rectifier, in the DC motor, its role is to brush on the DC power supply current into the armature winding of the communicating current, so that the tendency of the electromagnetic torque is stable and unchanged, in the DC generator, it will be the armature winding communicating electromotive force into the brush end of the output of the ground DC electromotive force.

The commutator consists of a number of pieces of cylinders insulated with mica between the armature winding coil ends are connected to the two commutator pieces. DC generator in the role of the commutator is the armature winding in the alternating electric heat into the brush between the DC electric potential, the load in the current through the DC generator to the load output of electric power, at the same time, the armature coil is also sure to have the current through. It interacts with the magnetic field onset of electromagnetic torque, its tendency is opposite to the generator, the original idea only need to inhibit the magnetic field torque talent armature change. Therefore, the generator to the load electrical power output also, from the original idea of mechanical power output, completed the DC generator will be converted to mechanical energy into electrical energy.
